Tasting notes
The Special Edition of Alicante Bouschet is opaque and violet in color, with an aroma of ripe fruit and spices. On the palate it is ample, dense and silky with ripe tannins and a persistent finish, revealing all its ageing potential.
How to serve
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC

Harvest, Vinification and Ageing
- Manual night harvest in a 15kg box, carried out in the early hours of September 19, 2020.
- Vinification by grape variety, in lagares with foot treading.
- Aged for 14 months in new French Allier or Tronçois fine grain oak barrels.
Bottles produced
A selection of the best new French oak barrels gave rise to a special edition of 3,200 numbered bottles, with a natural cork stopper and then heat-sealed. Available in 750ml bottles.
