The Team

Joachim Roque

The winemaker of JÁ TE DISSE wines is the Portuguese-French Joachim Roque, who is responsible for all the viticulture and production of JÁ TE DISSE wine. He trained in viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux, France, with various international experiences (Bordeaux, Côtes du Rhônes, Napa Valley, Alentejo, among others).

Based in Estremoz in his company Vinivista (consultants), he has an experienced and dedicated technical team.

From day one, Joachim Roque realized the potential of the terroir and the grape varieties that set the JÁ TE DISSE wine apart. He believed in the unique and particular project and helped turn this small plot of land into a success story, particularly in terms of the always highly controlled production of a premium wine with unique characteristics.

Ana Paulino

Ana Paulino, production coordinator for JÁ TE DISSE wines, has a degree in Food Engineering from Beja and opted for oenology. His professional experience has been acquired since 2011 in various wineries in the Alentejo.

Ana Paulino has stood out for the attention to detail that this project requires, as well as for leading the Vinivista team and being responsible for the entire production area. His increasingly in-depth knowledge of wine has contributed to the definition of the final wine blends.

general foreman

Rui Pedras

Rui Pedras is the General Manager of Monte Papa Toucinho, which covers around 7 hectares and includes vineyards as well as other crops such as olive trees, holm oaks and cork oaks in integrated production and with various sustainable farming practices, as well as a completely organic vegetable garden.

Pedro Patrício

Pedro Patrício is the producer and founder of the entire JÁ TE DISSE project. Hospital manager by profession, oenophile by curiosity and passion for wine. “This is a micro-project, the realization of something we’ve wanted for a long time, which gives us immense pleasure and where every detail makes a difference. Quantity is not one of our priorities at all, but quality is, without a doubt!” says Pedro Patrício, the producer who once dreamed of the project he runs today.
