Já Te Disse Wines

We are a Boutique Winery, with a micro-production of wines focused exclusively on quality.

From a micro-production of 3,613 vines planted in just one hectare of vineyard in Estremoz, and with extremely rigorous grape selection processes, the result is a small but high-quality production.

Já Te Disse are limited edition wines, with all the work in the vineyard and cellar being done by hand, respecting the artisan tradition.

After weeding the bunches weeks before, the harvest is carried out variety by variety, by hand and at dawn, to maintain all its natural freshness. After the natural fermentation process, Já Te Disse is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, raising its level of quality as it ages in each bottle.

All the bottles available are numbered, sealed and the labels are signed by the architect Siza Vieira.

The Vineyard

Estremoz

Located 7kms from Estremoz, 3,613 vines were planted in just one square of one hectare, under a SE-NO solar orientation, at an average altitude of 300m and with a steep slope of 44º, in an Argilo-Xistoso soil type, divided between the three red grape varieties – Alicante Bouschet, Petit Verdot and Syrah.

the story

Patricio Brothers

A trip to Burgundy and some wines that live long in the memory for all the right reasons sparked a long-dormant dream: to produce high-quality wines in Portugal! It was 2015 when Pedro Patrício, together with his brother Rui Patrício, bought an Alentejo estate in Estremoz. From there to planting a vineyard with just one hectare, but with a lot to give, was a small step.
